Product Knowledge and a sincere passion to improve the customers experience with CSDS

What do you do to go above and beyond for our customers?

Response time for the needs of our customer new and existing understanding that time is valuable to our customers showing them that we truly appreciate the value of a timely response even is it mean saying "no".

What do you do to go above and beyond for your CSDS family?

Not afraid to step in and help out even if I'm not 100% sure i have the answers - leveraging the expertise of our team to find solutions quickly. Hitting problems head on - solving issuea as they come and making every effort to not repeat them.

What makes for a great day at work?

Having a plan and trying to knock out all of the to do's starting each day with a clean slate.

What are you passionate about?

Building, Biking and technology ( not in any particular order)

What's your idea of a great vacation?

No cell service.

Who would you want with you if you were stranded on a deserted island?

Wife and my daughters.

Where do you most want to travel, but have never been?

Switzerland.

Cake Ranch.

How would your friends describe you?

Active, motivated, funny, and I know how to have a great time.
