Describe your current role.

As an Account Manager for the Printing and Imaging division, I maintain a strong relationship with our customers by ensuring their needs are being met to their satisfaction. I try my best to forge a relationship with our new customers as well by showing appreciation for their business.

What is it that sets CSDS apart from its competitors?

I am proud that CSDS offers the best products and service that goes above and beyond our competitors. We truly provide “Solutions” for our customers needs.

Describe a great day at work.

Every day is a great day at work!

I take pride in providing the right solutions for our customers and I avoid making them wait too long. I answer and return calls quickly. I also check and reply to emails from customers promptly, regardless of the time— whether it’s already nighttime, or during weekends, and even while I’m on my scheduled vacation which is frowned upon sometimes by my partner.

What’s your motivation? What keeps you going?

I truly like my job, the company I work for and the people I work with. I love my customers whom I’ve provided service to for many years and some have become friends.

What is the best part of working for CSDS or with the CSDS team?

If I don’t have an answer to a question or concern, someone from our team will offer their help. CSDS is my second family.

Can you share with us a special and memorable moment with your colleagues?

Winning several HP Sales Contests, three separate trips to Spain, and a ticket to Super Bowl XXXV11 – Buccaneers vs Raiders, including lunch and dinner plus a group picture with Joe Montana. There’s a lot of memories!

How would your colleagues and friends describe you?

Tenacious, persistent, confident and friendly.

If you were not in this role, what would you have pursued?

Lawyer or veterinary doctor.

What are you passionate about?

Life… and time well spent with my family.

What's your idea of a great vacation?

Anywhere warm by the ocean.

Can you please share with us some little known facts about you?

I am a koi hobbyist with over 200 fish imported from Japan. Some of my fish are over 30 years old. There’s no dog I don’t love, and If I could, would rescue every dog who doesn’t have a family to love. I went to a local shelter a couple years ago and asked to see the dog who’s been with them the longest and that’s when I met Baxter. He was 4 years old, mixed breed, and medium size. The dog came home with us that day after living at the shelter for almost 2 years. He was adopted twice, only to be returned within a couple of days for not interacting, and being too shy and skittish. We told Baxter no matter what or how long it takes him to trust us, he wasn’t going back to the shelter. We kept assuring him that we would not abandon him or give up on him. After a few weeks, Baxter became the friendliest, most loving, and happiest four-legged member of our family.
